MOVIE REVIEW: WRATH OF MANRead Now
This past Sunday, Jonathan and I were able to get some gas in the car and headed over to our local movie theatre to catch a showing of Wrath of Man. I'm so excited to share some about this movie with you in today's blog post!
A armed money car business hires a new security guard (Jason Statham) to protect their cash after losing two security officers during a hold up. At the first sign of major trouble, the guard defends his coworkers and the cash in his truck ruthlessly, causing his coworkers to suspect he may not be who he says he is. As the tale unfolds, we learn more about the motives behind the cash truck robberies and the mysterious security guard who is doing his best to thwart them.
THE STORYLINE | 4.5/5
THE ACTING | 5/5
THE STUNTS | 5/5
As with most action movies, stunts are pretty important. While there weren't a lot of ground-breaking stunts in Wrath of Man, the fighting scenes were awesome, which is really I would want.
This is a movie for action junkies, for sure. Statham fans will really enjoy his performance, and those looking for a semi-refreshing plot will also enjoy the movie. I believe it is Rated R, so I wouldn't recommend that children or those who don't like heavy shooting action scenes to watch this one.
