When I went to the doctor about a month ago, she told me that I seemed to have a pretty big Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is used to build strong bones and aid in the absorption of calcium.
So, I went to Target on my way home from work one day and picked up the D-3 vitamin. According to some of my research, Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus.
HOW IS IT WORKING?
I've really noticed a change in my fatigue levels. When I come home, I don't feel like crashing right away like I used to. Instead, I like to get the dishes in the dishwasher, wash some clothes, or create more content for you all!
I'm glad that I tried this because I'm feeling much better. Unfortunately, I don't know the statistical changes in my levels, but I look forward to learning that later!

Our body is only one so we need to treat it with respect and ensure that it has the vitamins and minerals that it needs for it to stay strong and healthy. This post will give us the ideas that we need for us to have that awareness and knowledge that we need for us to strengthen our immune system. A system that fights for all of the sickness and complications that we might experience.
