I, along with millions of other women and women allies were shocked to learn of the overturning of Roe v. Wade, a decision recently made by the Supreme Court of the United States. Roe v. Wade was a decision made in the 70s that would get the woman a right to choose to have an abortion, and it was also used as precedent for several other hallmark decisions, such as Loving vs. Virginia (interracial marriage) and several other personal liberty cases dealing with marriage and sexual privacy. If you're a fellow Christian reading this, I really urge you to read it all the way through and think about it. Don't just brush it off because it isn't what you were taught or you just don't believe it. I used to think that way, but I decided to open up my mind to the reality I'm living in, not an idealistic one that a preacher told me about. So, here it goes. Reason's I'm Pro-Choice and a Christian: 1. God gave us free will
It is so important for us as Christians to remember that God made us with the ability to choose, and when you rally for a political group to take away the freedom of choice, you're being more controlling than God himself. 2. I know this can cause a domino effect
If we now can take away someone's right to choose what they feel is best for them and their body, how long will it be before we lose the right to choose what we wear, where we can go, and who we can worship? 3. This isn't biblical
This is a part of the Bible in the old testament that is about the idol Molech and the people who were throwing their children onto hot, metal idols to sacrifice to this God. The most important thing to remember here is that these children were alive, and could breathe and could suffer. They can cry, bleed, and do all sorts of things at that stage, and people watched them be sacrificed. This is much different than cells. Not to mention, the breath of life is often talked about in the Bible, and babies don't take their first breath until they are born. So to say they are alive, is to go against this particular passage of the Bible. 4. Your relationship with God is personal
Trust me, I'm not saying you shouldn't say anything. But God gives true believers discernment to know when to talk and when not to. It's important to listen to that. And much like our relationship with God, the choice to have an abortion is a personal one. 5. This has a horrible history
Unless someone who is breathing is hurting someone else who is breathing or is doing something non-consensual (legally or consent-based), people should largely have the ability to choose what they do with their lives and bodies. In conclusion, the best thing to do is mind your own business. Christianity has been around for thousands of years. If someone wanted to choose not to make a choice for a religious reason, screaming outside of Planned Parenthood isn't going to change their minds. Instead, it will cement that Christians are pushy and don't care about the living person who is struggling with various things in their life that could keep them from raising a child.

HOW TO GET TO HEAVENThere is a common misconception that there are several ways to get to Heaven when you die. This isn't true. JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN.
God is a perfect being who designed each and every one of us. He is sinless, good, and perfect. However, after Eve ate that apple, sin was released into the world and, as a result, everyone was born into sin and everyone does wrong. Only those without sin can enter into Heaven. But don't worry, Jesus came down to Earth and paid your sin debt do you could go to Heaven. Jesus is our salvation and offers us a way to Heaven. A way to live with Him forever.
