Thanks for this helpful advice. I am on of the people who suffers from being anemic. I'm already taking supplements to help my body. I usually always feel dizzy, fatigue and insomnia. Even though I'm trying hard to sleep on time, I go to bed at 10:00 PM every day, but I usually fell asleep around 2-3:00 AM. It's so frustrating feeling all of these, and till this moment I'm still figuring out what method can really help and works for me.
